Computer System Innovations (CSI), the leading provider of technology services to the fraternal market, and Billhighway, the leader in Financial Performance Optimization for membership-based groups, have worked together to integrate the iMIS membership system, used by the most successful fraternity and sorority headquarters, with Billhighway’s award-winning membership finance and accounting system.  The integration is in place for four mutual clients, with additional clients – fraternal and associations alike – currently in process.

Streamlined Member Experience

Although both systems are designed to operate independently from each other, the integration of iMIS and Billhighway provides for a better member experience. Members now update their contact information in their national organization’s member website, and that information automatically updates their billing information in Billhighway.  In addition, the integration adds new members automatically, updates existing member statuses related to graduation or other changes in standing, and sets user permissions based on officer roles.

Managing the user experience in one member portal is a benefit to members, chapters, and the national headquarters.  Members have a single place to make updates such as address or contact information changes.  At the same time, the chapters and national headquarters capture the most up to date information about their members, allowing them to drive members to their websites and encouraging them to provide more information in their profiles.  This facilitates a better, more personalized member experience, in addition to establishing the vital link between membership data and the financial and accounting operations of the organization. This streamlined approach also offers significant operational efficiency gains through the entire organization.

Four National Sororities Already on Board

Zeta Tau Alpha, Chi Omega, Alpha Chi Omega, and Delta Delta Delta already have the iMIS-to-Billhighway integration running.  The implementation process is simple and can be installed, configured, and running in just a few weeks.
